Hey @Mithunassri ,

Its difficult to pin point the exact cause from error screenshot only. However, there are two basic checks that you may perform:

  1. Check if the Stream which you want to query is being populated?
  2. Is the query syntax and time duration correct?

For first point - You can check Active devices in Collection Status page and the corresponding Streams that are populated. Reference link → Collection Status

For Second - Try executing a simple _fetch query for the stream that is being populated as observed in first check. More on writing a simple DQL query can be found here → _fetch

Hi Team,

All the services are active.
I’ve tried fetching a simple DQL query, still we could see the same error.
“Something went wrong”.

Hey @Mithunassri

Can you restart Compute-Leader service and check again? → Troubleshooting Guide - Query Server Down

Once restarted, please validate the query and it’s execution as per the guide → Troubleshoot and diagnoze search execution
