Regarding OTP error while admin login

Today I tried to open my account, it’s asking for OTP, I didn’t get any OTP and can’t log in to my account.

can anyone help me solve these issue.

HI, I tried 2FA, unfortunately, didn’t receive any OTP mail from console@DNIF , so I can’t login to my admin account. can you help me solve these issue.
