We have installed Pico and while trying to activate it is showing “NO Data” for Primary Adaptor. Due to this we are unable to activate Pico component.

You can check connectivity from the pico server to the core server telnet on the below ports.
$ telnet <core_ip> 1443
$ telnet <core_ip> 8765
$ telnet <core_ip> 8086
And also check connectivity from pico to adapter on port 7426.
$ telnet <adapter_ip> 7426

The path for PC install.log is: /DNIF/install.log
For docker container logs go to the path /DNIF/PICO/
and execute the below command:
docker-compose logs >> containerlogs.txt
and share the containerlogs.txt
file.
