Unable to activate DNIF PICO component

We have installed Pico and while trying to activate it is showing “NO Data” for Primary Adaptor. Due to this we are unable to activate Pico component.

Console and Pico both are in 9.1 version.

Hi @psurvase,

Is your Adapter active on the Manage Components page?
If yes, then are there any Notable Events or any Connectors in the stop state on the Adapter page?

Hi @psurvase ,
The path for PC install.log is: /DNIF/install.log
For docker container logs go to the path /DNIF/PICO/ and execute the below command:
docker-compose logs >> containerlogs.txt
and share the containerlogs.txt file.
